Hello FALL!
What a wonderful time of year to feel confused here in Colorado. Winter by morning and summer by evening. We definitely have had some cooler temperatures creeping into our evenings recently. That means it is time to change the decor a little and create a cozy space to hibernate in. Adding texture and layers to your living space is a great way to make the room feel warmer and cozier.

Achieving a cozy space can be as easy as adding a blanket or some decorative pillows to the coach. You know something for the kids to throw at each other.... If you are really looking to transform your space into a hibernation spot for the season you may consider adding much more to create the feel of warmth. For example, adding an area rug can dramatically change the feel of a room. Rugs can over great textures and patterns, along with warming up a hard floor or adding extra padding to a carpeted space.
Heavy curtains, wicker baskets, leather stools and table lamps are more great ideas to add, each bringing a unique layer to your cozy space. There is nothing better then closing the black out curtains, turning on the fireplace, snuggling under a blanket and watching a great movie while it is snowing and cold outside.
Enjoy decorating and stay warm.
